What is Jaggery?
Jaggery is minimally processed sugar made from sugarcane juice. Post-filtration juice is cleansed with a natural cleanser- Sukhlai & then further subjected to graded heating. After boiling the sugarcane juice, the concentrated juice is air-cooled and is then either moulded into a solid shape or converted into a powdered form.
Why Bebe Jaggery?
